327, P.S.- Baliya, District- Begusarai which has been encroached by respondents no.

8 to 13 and part of the land has been encroached for constructing a community hall.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing/commanding the respondents to make free from the encroachment of petitioner's aforesaid land which is either his raiyati or purchased land."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
