JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 415 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353, 504, 506, 332, 333, 34of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that police got an information that groups are fighting and reached at the place of occurrence and the allegation against the petitioner is of caught hold the private part of the informant and anyhow he was saved by lady constable.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no injury was found on the person of the informant and the whole case is false and concocted.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7835 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 circumstances of the case as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather she should surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit, without being prejudice by order of this Court, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
