In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.01 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the accused persons including the petitioners have abused and assaulted the informant, who is lady supervisor of Child Development Programme, Sangrampur, which caused hindrance in discharging her official duty.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the
