2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar (Mabbi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, three persons looted Rs. 1,40,132/- from the cash counter of an office.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2023 and he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the name of the petitioner has

6. Considering the fact that it is a case of day light loot and the petitioner has criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
