The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Belcchi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016, G.R. Case No. 1133/2016 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned senior counsel submits that so far as this petitioner is concerned, she happened to be the unmarried Nanad of the deceased. It is submitted that the husband who was a co-accused has already faced trial and has been acquitted in course of trial. So far as present petitioner is concerned, it is submitted that the investigation against her has remained pending and as she happens to be the unmarried Nanad, she has been falsely implicated just with an intention to

Learned A.P.P. for the State is present and has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein the petitioner is said to be unmarried Nanad of the deceased, she is a student having no criminal antecedent and that the husband of the deceased has faced trial in which he has been acquitted, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Barh, Patna, in connection with Belchi P.S.
