Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
Petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 82/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307, 353, 395, 414, 216(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1b)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act and 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 30(a), 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, pending in the court of learned A.D.J.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as this petitioner is concerned he was not arrested on the spot and his name has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused Bittu Kumar Singh. Learned counsel submits that the co-accused Bittu Kumar Singh has been granted privilege of regular bail by learned coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 21.12.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 77284/2018. Similarly co-accused Ganesh Singh has been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 55973/2018. Mr. Raju Kumar Goswami, learned counsel representing the petitioner has made statement on query of the court that the petitioner has already been granted regular bail in connection with the two cases stated in paragraph '3' of the application. Learned A.P.P.
3/4 statement the name of this petitioner has transpired have been granted privilege of regular bail, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge - I, Sheohar, in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 82/2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 437 (3) Cr.P.C. as under :
(a) that such person shall attend in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed under this Chapter, (b) that such person shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of which he is accused, or suspected, of the commission of which he is suspected, and (c) that such person shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
And further condition that he will abide by and observe the guidelines and directives of the Government of India and the State Government with regard to COVID-19
4/4 Pandemic during the Lockdown period. The authorities concerned shall take appropriate steps to ensure such observance prior to and after release of the petitioner.
