2. Petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with S.T.No.43 of 2021 arising out of Shankarpur P.S. Case No.192 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected thrice by this Court.

4. At this stage, from the report received from the learned trial court, it appears that the prosecution evidence was closed on 05.03.2024, the statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has been recorded on 26.06.2024 and thereafter the record was kept for defence evidence giving them a last chance on 30.07.2024.

5. The learned trial court expected to conclude the trial within a period of three months if cooperation is rendered by both prosecution and defence.

6. In such circumstance, when the case is on the verge of closure, this application for grant of regular bail is not required to be entertained. The prayer for regular bail is refused.

7. The prosecution and defence both should cooperate in early conclusion of the trial. The trial court shall ensure that the trial comes to an end within the stipulated period as per it's report.
