2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 103(1), 109(1), 61(2), 238, 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, assaulted the two Naatis of the informant and disappeared the daughter of the informant. Informant suspects that her daughter has been killed by the accused persons. The daughter of informant is still traceless and both the Naatis are under treatment. 4..
