The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 525/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 114, 290, 354, 370, 509, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections, 3, 4, 5, and 7 of the Immoral Traffic Act. The petitioner was apprehended with Kajal Mishra in a room of the hotel. It is alleged that the petitioner was indulged flesh trade. The victim Kajal made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that she is a dancer. She had gone to take water but the police apprehended her. She is married and major.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45799 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 525/2015.
