No. 756 of 2015 (The State of Bihar & ors. vs. Ram Ashis Tiwari & Anr.).

Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent no. 6 shall examine the case of the petitioners and take a final decision.

No. 756 of 2015 and take a final decision
