In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No.132 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 447, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The dispute has occurred damaging pet. Allegation has been made to have caused injury by Tangi. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the nature of injury, which is reflected from the injury report, does not support the prosecution case. It is submitted that if it is hit from the sharp side, it will be encised and if it is used by blunt side, the injury will be of same dimension, but in the injury report, injury has been shown to be 21⁄2" x 1⁄4" x 1/5 which

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
