JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case, they are permitted to file a representation regarding their grievances mentioned in the writ petition, before the respondent no. 5.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners may file a representation before the respondent no.5 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no. 5 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter, failing which, the concerned authority shall be visited with penal consequences.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
