The State is represented by Mr. Parmeshwar Mehta, learned APP for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Suryagrha P.S. Case No. 282 of 2018 dated 31.12.2018 instituted for the offences under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire amount which was required to be paid by him has already been paid to the bank. The aforesaid statement has not been controverted by the learned Advocate for the opposite party no. 2 who, in fact has endorsed such statement
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9002 of 2020(4) dt.27-01-2022 2/2 that the entire dues to the bank has been paid by the petitioner.
In view of such statement, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Suryagrha P.S. Case No. 282 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
