JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 189 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 354(B), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there is no specific allegation against the petitioners.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the allegation is general, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, in the event of arrest or
