(1) For issuance of an appropriate writ and/or order directing the Circle Officer, Jamui to make needful inquiry on the application filed by the petitioner on 03.06.2024 before the Circle Officer, Jamui informing therein that the Revenue Karamchari, Jamui with ulterior motive has reduced 3 decimal of the petitioner's land out of his Jamabandi No.462, Khata No.85, Khesra No.910, Area 11 3 decimal and by reducing 3 decimal now the petitioner's land has been shown only 8.66 decimal which causes great mental torture to the petitioner and it is further prayed to direct the Circle Officer, Jamui to make entry of his land correctly in the Revenue Record and also make measurement of his land with demarcation and/or pass such other order or orders as may be deemed fit and proper considering the facts and circumstances of this case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 3 decimals land out of 11 3 decimals land of petitioner in Jamabandi No.462, Khata No.85, Khesra No.910 has been reduced by Revenue Authority and in this regard, petitioner seeks liberty for taking necessary steps before the concerned authority for correction in the area of his land in Jamabandi and measurement of the same.

3. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
