ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 25.7.2014 in Mahua P.S.Case No.97 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341,324, 323, 337, 307, 379, 427, 354 of the I.P.C. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the present case has been instituted on account of some dispute in which there was some altercation. It is submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner's aunt also sustained injury on the head for which F.I.R. bearing Mahua P.S.Case No.96/14 has been instituted against the informant side. Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that there is case and counter case between the parties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38545 of 2014 (3) dt.07-01-2015 2/2 and also that the petitioner has been in custody since 25.7.2014, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in Mahua P.S. Case No.97 of 2014.
