The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of Deeplal Rai who was arrested on the spot. Petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade although he is in jail since 20.12.2014. Deeplal Rai has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 23.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26533 of 2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial
