JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-08-2019 Counsel for the petitioners submits that for the relief claimed in the instant writ proceedings he would be approaching the respondent authorities.
State Counsel, submits that the State Government has already granted parity to the petitioners in the matter of grant of pay with the beneficiaries of the decision in the case of Binit Kumar & ors vs. State of Bihar in CWJC No. 9921 of 2017. Be that as it may, since the petitioners' Counsel submits that he would be agitating his claim, for grant of greater benefits on account of the fact that the petitioners have come to be appointed after 28.1.1999 the writ petition need not be kept pending.
The petitioners would be approaching the authorities in respect of their claims.
This Court would only observe that the observations made in this order shall not be taken any observation on the merits or the claims made by the petitioners. The writ petition stands disposed of.
