The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379,498A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband of the informant. The informant made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the informant submits that the informant is ready to live with her husband but her husband is not willing to keep her.

No.42333 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner has remained in jail for more than two and half months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in Paroo P.S. Case No. 332/ 2014 (G. R. No. 3534/ 2014).
