2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section-137(2)/96 of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. It is alleged that the informant's minor daughter was kidnapped by her father along with in-laws family.
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that father of the victim (kidnapped girl) has also been made accused in this case along with other matrimonial-in-mates of the informant. Learned counsel has also submitted that when the informant perceived the real fact, she compromised the case which is mentioned in the impugned order. The petitioner is in custody since 05-08-2024.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Patna City in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 359 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
