The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 498-A and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter was killed by her husband Rakesh Sah and other in-laws. The informant finding the mobile of his daughter switched off, went to the house of the petitioners and enquired from his son-inlaw Rakesh Sah about his daughter but the son in-law disclosed that his daughter had gone to his house. Later on, on enquiry the dead body of the daughter of the informant was found. The marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40241 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 year 2011. The petitioners are mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased.
It is submitted that the petitioners have no concern with the family affairs of Rakesh Sah and his wife. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015.
