The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of dowry death and petitioner is father-inlaw of the deceased. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation. It is further submitted that husband of the deceased has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 25.01.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 25863 of 2021. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. Petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ - II, Danapur (Patna) in connection with S.Tr.No. 527 of 2021, arising out of Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 7 of 2019.
