The petitioner seeks bail in Palanawa P.S. Case No. 119/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(B), 22, 23, 24 of the NDPS Act.

One Anil Das was arrested and from his possession six packets containing 210 gms of charas was recovered. Anil Das was carrying charas to deliver to Sanjay Kumar Das. Indal Das was also arrested. He was found with Sanjay Kumar Das but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 27.11.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
