Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Koilwar (Gidha O.P) P.S. Case No. 732 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2022 and there is recovery of 100 litres of country made liquor from his possession and he has no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the period of custody and recovery of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7341 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge-II, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Koilwar (Gidha O.P) P.S. Case No. 732 of 2022.
