Considering the fact that with the help of the counter affidavit, which has been filed by respondent Nos.2, 5 and 8 namely, Inspector General (Prison), Bihar, Jail Superintendent, Sasaram Jail, Sasaram, and Jail Superintendent, Bhabua Jail, Kaimur, respectively, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that accused Sanjeev Mishra, respondent
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.636 of 2016 (3) dt.04-08-2016 2/2 No.9, was produced in the learned trial Court, namely, the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-7, Sasaram, in connection with Kochas (Parsathua) P.S. Case No.32 of 2012, on 29.07.2016, and the next date fixed in the trial is 10.08.2016, and that the accused would be produced on the said date, i.e., 10.08.2016, positively, it is hereby directed that on the date fixed, i.e., 10.08.2016, the accused aforementioned, shall be produced before the learned trial Court.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
