JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if they are permitted to file a representation before the respondent no. 2 regarding grant of the benefits of first A.C.P and second A.C.P and arrears of salary as per the Sixth Pay Revision and the respondent no. 2 be directed to dispose of the said representation within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners may file a representation regarding their grievances before the respondent no. 2 within two weeks from today and the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.12523 of 2017 (2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 no. 2 is directed to dispose of the said representation within a period of four weeks thereafter considering the order dated 13.02.2018 passed in CWJC No. 4760 of 2017.

In case any consequential benefit is found payable, the same shall be paid within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of the said order.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
