The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 193 of 2018 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to admitted prior land dispute. Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that earlier prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail was rejected by a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17794 of 2021(7) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 co-ordinate Bench of this Court on merit on 16.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58284 of 2019. Now, there is no fresh ground to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on behalf of the opposite party, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is again rejected.
