2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwari P.S. Case No. 1820 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 64, 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. The deceased was found dead in the bathroom of the house of the petitioner. The deceased was working as a maid in the house.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8828 of 2025(3) dt.08-05-2025 2/3 petitioner that no material has come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. In the postmortem, except for one head injury, no injury has been found on the dead body of the deceased. The deceased has been found major and the viscera has been preserved for ascertaining the cause of death. The petitioner is working in TCS. The petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2022.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the deceased was employed as a maid in the house of the petitioner and she has been killed inside the house of the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner is involved in the case.

6. I have considered the submissions of the parties.

7. The dead body of the deceased has been found in the bathroom. No ante-mortem injury to suggest that she was assaulted and treated badly has been found upon the deceased. The deceased has been found major.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
