The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Gaurichak P. S. Case No. 54 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners mercilessly assaulted the informant of the case, causing several
