JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 527 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 376/511, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court below. In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn. However, he may surrender before the court below within one month from today and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
