The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 33 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 398,302,307,120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. He has been named by the co-accused in his confessional statement that he has not been found in the CCTV footage. A person who has confessed and named the petitioner has been granted bail. The

Considering the period of custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is directed to be enlarged on bail after framing of charge, if already has not been framed on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VIth Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S.
