JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09/04/2014 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. The petitioner was earlier granted bail but the bail bond was cancelled on 26/04/2014 but he surrendered before the learned court below on 09/04/2014.

Considering the period of under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bagaha,West Champaran in Trial
