Attention of the Court is drawn to the order passed in Cr Misc No 52131 of 2013 disposed of on 03.02.2014 wherein the father of the petitioner was granted bail by this Court on the same set of allegations.

Be that as it may, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Rosera in Sessions Trial No 178 of 2014 arising out of Singhia PS Case No 92 of 2013.
