Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kathaiya P.S. Case No.156 of 2019 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioner nos.1, 2 and 3 are father-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, respectively, of the deceased.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17912 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kathaiya P.S.
