JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2022 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 29.06.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 14434 of 2020 to the extent that the time granted to the petitioners for surrendering before the learned court below in order to avail the privilege of anticipatory bail be extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to modify the order dated 29.06.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 14434 of 2020 to the extent that

No.5872 of 2022(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today in order to enable them to surrender before the learned court of C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019 and avail the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification.
