The petitioner seeks bail in Barhara (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case no. 128/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested in another case and he is alleged to have confessed his guilt and disclosed that he also committed robbery in the present case. Save and except the confession, no recovery is made nor the petitioner is put on Test Identification Parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
