JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 122 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has been remanded in this case on the basis of confessional statement. It further appears that he is accused in three other cases. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for about nine months and so far this case is concerned, except confessional statement there is nothing against him and there is no recovery from his possession. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8774 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 122 of 2017 on the condition that after release he has to appear before police station of his local area in second week of every month for a period of six months, so that police may watch his activities and if he is found to be involved in such type of cases in future, prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
