JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-10-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed seeking quashing of the order dated 07.12.2020, issued by the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, whereby and whereunder a show cause notice had been issued to the petitioner, the then Presiding Officer, District Appellate Authority, Kaimur at Bhabua asking him to submit his explanation as to why he should not be removed from the post of Presiding Officer, District Appellate Authority, Kaimur at Bhabua, however, during the interregnum period, the term of the petitioner has already expired and he has not been terminated in pursuance to the aforesaid show cause notice dated 07.12.2020,

Patna High Court CWJC No.5377 of 2021(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 hence, this Court finds that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

It is needless to state that since the term of the petitioner has already stood completed, the aforesaid show cause notice dated 07.12.2020 shall be deemed to have been rendered redundant.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
