The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim but the victim made her statement denying the factum of her kidnapping. The victim herself disclosed that she went along with the petitioner and solemnized marriage. For the same occurrence two cases have been lodged.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Laxmipur P.S.
