The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons kidnapped informant's 17 years old daughter. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as matter of fact victim is major and has already solemnized marriage with some other person. In support of the same, weeding photographs have been appended to the bail petition as annexure 4 in which father of the victim is also present. Petitioner is 60 years old persons and claims clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7009 of 2023(2) dt.11-05-2023 2/2 bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I Hilsa in Hilsa Police Station Case No. 290 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
