The petitioners seek bail in Dinara P.S. Case no. 288/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307, 337, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant with lathi on his head and the father of the informant died on account of head injuries.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and hold the trial on day to day basis and conclude the same within nine months from the date of receipt of this order.

If the trial is not concluded within nine months, the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail.
