The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant named five persons, namely, Nawal Sahani, Kishor Sahani, Ganaur Rajak, Rakesh Rajak and Rajesh Rajak and alleged that they all came to his shop and on the order of Kishor Sahani, Nawal Sahani fired at the brother of the informant, who died on the way to hospital. There is no allegation of assault against the petitioners. The petitioners did not commit

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P. S. Case No. 474 of 2015.
