2. This Civil Review Application has been filed on behalf of the Defendants-petitioners against the order dated 16.10.2014 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.12512 of 2012, dismissing the aforesaid writ application, filed on behalf of the defendantspetitioners, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order dated 03.04.2012 passed in Title Eviction Suit No.107 of 2009, whereby the Sub-Judge, Begusarai, allowed the application filed on behalf of the Plaintiff-Respondent (opposite party) under Section 15
Patna High Court C. REV. No.331 of 2016 dt.05-10-2016 2/2 of the Bihar Building (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1982, with a direction to the defendant no.1 and defendant no.2 (petitioners), respectively, to deposit the arrears of rent @ Rs.4500/- and Rs.3500/- within fifteen days in the Civil Court Nazarat, Begusarai, with a further direction to deposit the current rent also by the 15th day of each month there.
3. I find no reason to review the order dated 16.10.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12512 of 2012 by this Court.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Review Application is dismissed.
