The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 253 of 2018 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the nature of allegation and the stand taken by the complainant before the court below that she is not willing to go to her sasural, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
