The statement of victim has been recorded u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. in which, she specifically, stated that the petitioner was forced by co-accused, Guddu Kumar to take the victim and after that, petitioner took her to Gujrat where she solemnized her marriage with the petitioner and now, she has become pregnant. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 65 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40974 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
