2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that retiral dues of the petitioner has not been granted. Besides the above, amount of Provident Fund, Group Insurance, Gratuity, leave Encashment and due salary have also been demanded, but even after the representation filed by the petitioner, nothing has been paid to him.

3. Learned counsel for Co-operative Land Development Bank, Bihar, Patna on the other hand, submits that this petition is not maintainable.

4. Seeing the pathetic condition of the petitioner as mentioned in his representation, it is directed to the Respondent No. 2, namely, Managing Director Multistate Co-operative Land Development Bank, Bihar, Patna to look into the case of the petitioner and whatever with the admitted dues of the present petitioner is directed to be paid within the six months from today.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
