2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for regular bail in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No 34 of 2022 which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 23.03.2023 with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of nine months failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

3. In pursuance of the direction of this Court dated 23.02.2024, stage of trial was called for and the same has been received and kept at Flag-R which suggests that 24 months time will be taken to conclude the trial.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 08.04.2022 and the trial has not been concluded as yet. There is no hope to

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara.
