The petitioners in this writ petition seek direction to the Land Acquisition Authority to recover the compensation amount from respondent Nos.6 and 7 and pay the same to the petitioners for acquisition of land of Plot No.330 of Khata No.371 area 0.1735 acre. The petitioners have already filed
Patna High Court CWJC No.2651 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 objection before the Land Acquisition Authority stating therein that respondent Nos.6 and 7 on the basis of misrepresentation of facts with regard to the title of the land accepted the compensation amount whereas the petitioners are the real owner of the land but the Land Acquisition Authority has not yet decided the objection of the petitioners.
I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna-respondent No.3 to decide the objection of the petitioners in accordance with law within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
