Having regard to the fact that the trial of the petitioner has made a headway and the evidence of the prosecution has already been closed, this Court, instead of now entertaining the application for bail of the petitioner, would deem it expedient in the ends of justice to direct the trial court i.e. 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram to conclude the trial by delivering a judgment within a period of three months from the date of adducing of evidence in defence, if any, by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
