JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks restoration of Cr. WJC No. No. 497 of 2014 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 02.06.2016 passed by this Court.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that counsel for the petitioner failed to appear before the Court when the matter was called out and by the time he entered into the court room, the case was already dismissed for want of prosecution.
